Xpression Session starting very soon in Oceanside!

• Enhance Your Dance with creative Laser and LED Dance toys, that balance  right-left brain coordination, dance is trance meditation, designed to build flexibility, lightness and intuition in the body as well as the mind,  the Alchemy of Rhythm, Movement and Light. 

  

   

   

We start with yoga/dance/hoop classes for kids and/or adults in several location this January 2009 in North County and San Diego. Private Classes available by request at these weekly times and Locations.
