Play with  balance toys, inversions slings, climbing structures, hula hoops, trampoline, and balls. Come to a yoga practice were there are no rules, judgments or expectations. Listen to your body, respect your limits and challenge your strengths while you choose your own intensity, for all ages and levels, private sessions available
